About membership registration

There are no membership fees or annual fees.
If you place an order, you must register as a member (free of charge).

◎How to register as a member

  2. Please enter your information on the new member registration screen.
    • All input and selection fields are required.
    • Please set the email address to a valid address you are using.
    • Please register the password in at least 5 characters and half-width alphanumeric characters.

  4. You will receive an email to complete your membership registration at the email address you registered.

◎Notes

  • If there is an error in the email address you registered, we will not be able to send you an email. Please enter the correct information when registering.
  • If your registered email address is restricted, we may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please cancel the domain rejection or specify "@wbtiger-toraebistore.jp" according to the settings of each mobile phone company.

About orders

If you have already registered as a member, please log in and proceed to your order.
If you place an order on this site, you must register as a member (free of charge).

◎How to order

  1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the product to your shopping cart.
  2. If you would like to continue searching for products, please press the "Continue Shopping" button, and if you would like to proceed with the purchase process, please press the "Proceed to cash register" button.
  3. Once the order process is complete, a screen will be displayed saying "Thank you! Mr. ○○."
  4. You will automatically receive an "order confirmation email" to your registered email address.

◎Notes

  • Once you add the item to your cart, you do not have the item secured. The product will be secured as soon as your order is completed.
  • You cannot order pre-order items and regular items at once.
  • We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please place your order after understanding this.

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

◎Regarding credit card number registration

By registering your email address and mobile phone number using "Shop Pay", you can easily make payments without having to re-enter your credit card information by simply entering the six-digit code sent by SMS to your mobile phone number the next time you purchase.

  3. You will be transferred to the Rakuten Member Login Screen, so please log in with your Rakuten ID.
  4. Please check the contents displayed on the Rakuten Pay website and complete your payment.

◎Regarding usage history

For Rakuten Points use, please contact us by automatically sending emails sent by Rakuten, or Rakuten Pay usage history Please check in.

●d Payment

You can earn d points depending on the amount you pay! Can be used! This is a simple, convenient, and affordable Docomo service.
Payment methods include convenient telephone charges and credit card payments, so it can be used by people other than Docomo.

This is an electronic payment method that requires you to pay using a QR code or a dedicated app.
Our store uses KOMOJU's payment agency service.
To use this service, you must register in advance using PayPay or au PAY.

  3. A QR code will be displayed. If you scan the QR code on a smartphone with the corresponding payment app installed, the payment procedure screen will appear.

●Paidy after payment

Paidy is a payment method in which you pay at a convenience store or bank in bulk the month after use.

◎Time from order to shipping

For items in stock, orders with a desired delivery date of "no specification" will be shipped within 7 business days from the "order date" excluding weekends, holidays, and our company's holidays. If you specify a desired delivery date, we will deliver it to you on the desired delivery date and time you specified the delivery date and time you specified when you placed your order.
For pre-ordered items, we will ship within 7 business days from the "estimated shipping date" excluding weekends, holidays, and our company's holidays. When ordering pre-ordered items, you cannot specify the delivery date and time. Please be aware of this in advance.

◎Delivery status after shipment

About gift wrapping

This site offers gift wrapping for a fee of ¥440 (tax included).
After adding the item to your cart, press the "Add Gift Wrapping (¥440)" button on the cart page to add the gift wrapping to your cart.

◎Notes

  • If you purchase multiple items, we will wrap them all at once. (Individual packaging is not accepted)
  • You can only request one gift wrapping per order.
    If you would like to have your items wrapped in multiple separate orders, we ask that you separate your order.
  • We will package the item in the right size for the size of your ordered item. We do not accept requests for sizes for wrapping materials.
  • The product will be delivered with a tag attached. If there is a price notation, we will attach a sticker to hide the price.
  • Pre-order items, some large items, and products that cannot be hidden due to product packaging specifications, etc. will not be eligible for wrapping.
    If your cart includes items not eligible for wrapping, you will not be able to proceed to the register. Please delete any products not eligible for wrapping and proceed to the register.
  • If it is eligible for the Novelty Campaign, the Novelty will not be eligible for gift wrapping. There will be no wrapping and will be bundled together.
  • We do not sell gift wrapping only.
  • Due to reasons such as the item not being included in gift wrapping, we may decide to put on hold at our discretion.
  • We do not accept "noshi" services.

Returns and Exchanges

Once the product arrives, first check "There are no scratches or defects" and "The product is correct with your order."

◎Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Before placing your order, please check the color, size, contents, characteristics, delivery date and precautions of the product before placing your order.

◎Returns and exchanges due to product defects

We take every precaution, but if you receive a defective product such as a damaged product or a product that is different from the order you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges.

Please note that if we are unable to provide a replacement product such as a sold-out item, we may refund you.


  • If you contact us after 7 days after the product has been received

◎If you are unable to receive the product and return it to our store

After we ship the product from us, if you do not receive the product and return it to us (including, but not limited to, cases where the item is refused, storage period has passed due to absence, or the address is unknown), we will notify you to your registered email address.
If you would like to have the item re-shipping, please contact us by replying to our email within one month after notifying us. Please note that re-shipment will be shipped with a cash-on-delivery shipping fee.
If you still receive a reply or receive your email after one month has passed since we received an email notification from you, we will notify you to your registered email address to treat your order as a cancellation, and the customer will be responsible for the following costs. If you have paid the product price in advance, we will process a refund for the remaining amount minus the customer's contribution.

  • Shipping fee

    *We will also charge you the same for orders with free shipping.
    *If re-shipment is repeated multiple times, we will charge you the shipping fee for the number of times.
    *If additional shipping charges will be incurred for the return journey due to the shipping company's terms and conditions, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost.

◎If the customer uses an overseas shipping agency service, etc., to ship overseas

Our store only delivers within Japan.
Please be aware of the following matters if you use an overseas shipping agency service to ship overseas.

  • Even if the product is damaged after arriving overseas, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.
  • If a product is found to be insufficient or incorrect after arriving overseas, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or shipping shortages.
