Will stock be secured when I add the item to my cart?

Can I place an order with a credit card in the name of a family member or friend?

Can I store my credit card information?

Please use the payment service "Shop Pay."

Can I delete my Shop Pay account?

You can only choose a credit card payment method

Shop Pay is a payment service provided by our online shop system.
By registering your "email address" and "mobile phone number" using Shop Pay, and storing your shipping address and credit card information, you can easily make payment by simply entering a 6-digit code (SMS authentication) from next time. Even if you use Shop Pay at another store, Shop Pay may automatically start when you place an order using the "Shop Pay registered email address" at our store.

I couldn't receive the item and it was sent back

After we ship the product from us, if you do not receive the product and return it to us (including, but not limited to, cases where the item is refused, storage period has passed due to absence, or the address is unknown), we will notify you to your registered email address.
If you would like to have the item re-shipd, please contact us by replying to our email within one month after notifying us. Please note that re-shipment will be shipped with a cash-on-delivery shipping fee.
