Currently, we have seen several suspicious emails impersonating our company or our representatives asking recipients to create a LINE group or asking for personal information.

The email in question has nothing to do with our company, and we will never make such a request from anyone, including our representatives.

In the unlikely event that you receive such a suspicious email,
Please refrain from the following actions as there is a risk of leakage of confidential information, virus infection, redirection to phishing sites, unauthorized access, etc.

• don't reply to emails
• Do not send QR code
• Do not create or join a LINE group
• Do not open the listed URL or attachment

Below is an example of a suspicious email that is currently being confirmed.

Please create a new LINE workgroup to handle future work projects.
I will add other members to the group after I join.
Once you have created a group, please generate a QR code for the group and reply to this email.
I will join the group using the QR code and will proceed with the subsequent work coordination.

After receiving the email, please create an up-to-date internal contact network, be sure to include your name, position, and personal contact phone number, and reply via email as soon as it is completed.
